Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Tardiness Policy
To provide the highest level of service and to respect the time reserved for each guest, appointments are scheduled exclusively for you. Out of consideration for both my time and the time of other clients, the following policies are strictly enforced.
Cancellations:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service.
No-Shows:
Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 50% no-show fee.
Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled, as late starts impact the experience and time of other scheduled guests. The applicable cancellation fee may apply.
