Appointment Deposits, Cancellation & Tardiness Policy Deposit for booking: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. When manually rebooking, the deposit is required within 48 hours to secure your spot, if I haven’t received the deposit after 48 hours, the appointment may be cancelled. This will go toward your total service cost and a 1x reschedule. Changing service last minute: If clients booked a service and ask to change the service 48 hours before their appointment, they will be forfeiting the deposit sent and be charged full price of the service it was changed to. Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service and forfeit their deposit. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% no-show fee and forfeit their deposit. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled, and policies would be enforced, as late starts impact the experience and time of other scheduled guests. The applicable cancellation fee may apply. Last minute rescheduling: Clients who reschedule in 48 hours or less may be charged 25% of the service booked, deposit would be transferred for the changed date.
